Add 2 1/2 cups of water for every 1 cup of Samurai Cereal. Add more water for a softer hot cereal. Bring to a boil then simmer low, covered, until water is absorbed. Makes 3-4 servings.

Hint: Use a rice cooker for best results. Make ahead, store refrigerated and reheat in a microwave oven for a quick and easy breakfast.
